Poultry Quick Facts:

o   All poultry shown at major shows must be pre ordered and come from the same hatchery.

o   All birds will have wing bands with numbers registered to one specific student, only that student must show those numbers.

o   Chavez Poultry Team shows poultry at Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and our School Livestock Show.

o   Extra birds are required to be removed from the farm facilities within 10 days of any of the shows.

o   The more time spent with the birds, and keeping them eating the better they will grow
